No, but StressFreeMoney Financial Services may charge a small startup fee if extensive work is required or for small employers (less than 50 employees).
Q. Who do we contact if we have a problem, and what ongoing support/resources are available to us?
You can contact our 24/7 Customer Service or your dedicated d Client Marketing Coordinator who will design your customized marketing and training materials for your successful Payroll Card and ePayroll implementation. We do most of the work, but will need your support.
Q. What are the liabilities to the company related to the card accounts?
Absolutely none.
Q. How do we issue cards for new employees?
StressFreeMoney Financial Services has many easy options – Typically our clients keep an inventory of instant issue cards at your worksites, which you can give to employees upon hire. Other options include direct mailing of cards, online or phone enrollment and many other variations designed to work with the needs of your company.
Q. How do we address lost/stolen or replacement cards for employees?
Simply have your employee call our 24x7 bilingual Customer Service. If you have a stock of ‘instant Issue cards’, you can give your employee a new card, have them call Customer Service and we’ll handle the rest.

Very little. StressFreeMoney Financial Services has developed extensive enrollment materials, bilingual videos, and easy checklists to make the launching of this program will be simple. You will also have a dedicated Client Marketing Coordinator to assist you in implementing a successful program.
Q. Do I still need to distribute pay stubs?
StressFreeMoney Financial Services offers an Electronic Pay Stub service that eliminates paper payroll permanently. Ask your Sales Representative for more information on how to start this program! Requirements can vary by state, and you will need to check your relevant state laws. We will assist you in this process.
Q. Can we make this program mandatory?
This varies by states operation. If the state your company is located in does not allow a mandatory program, then StressFreeMoney Financial Services can help provide some promotional payroll programs that will increase employee participation and get you to 100% electronic payroll processing.
