An application fee will be charged prior to the issuance of the Card. Application fee may vary depending on how and where you apply, please check with Heritage in reference to these fees.

A load fee will be charged each time value is added to the Card at an authorized Heritage Payment Processor or Retail Distributor. Load fee may vary depending on how and where you load your card, please check with your local Heritage Distributor in reference to these fees.

A card-to-card transfer fee of $1.75 will be charged each time you transfer value from one Card to another Card.

A maintenance fee of $5.95per month (or fraction of a month) during which the Card is available for use until the Card either expires or is canceled. This fee is assessed each month, even if you do not use the Card. No paper statement.

Option: If you wish to receive a monthly paper statement in the mail the maintenance fee is $7.95per month (or fraction of a month) during which the Card is available for use until the Card either expires or is canceled. This fee is assessed each month, even if you do not use the Card or do not receive a statement during the month.

A cash disbursement fee of $4.50 will be charged each time you obtain cash from a financial institution using the Card, even if that financial institution is the Issuer. This fee only applies when you do not use an ATM. This fee is in addition to any fee that may be charged by the financial institution honoring the Card.

A cash transaction fee of $2.25 will be charged each time you obtain cash from an ATM using the Card, even if that ATM is owned by the Issuer. This fee is in addition to any fee that may be charged by the owner or operator of the ATM (or any ATM network used to complete the cash withdrawal transaction) or by the financial institution honoring the Card. Any fee charged by the owner or operator of the ATM (or any ATM network used) will be subtracted from the value stored on your Card.

An international transaction fee of $4.95 will be charged each time you obtain cash from an ATM outside the United States using the Card, even if this ATM is owned by the Issuer. This fee is in addition to any fee that may be charged by the owner or operator of the ATM (or any ATM network used to complete the cash withdrawal transaction) or by the financial institution honoring the Card. Any fee charged by the owner or operator of the ATM (or any ATM network used) or by the financial institution honoring the Card will be subtracted from the value stored on your Card.

A rental car transaction fee of $5.00 will be charged each time you use the Card to rent a car.

An ATM inquiry fee of $1.00 will be charged each time you use an ATM to inquire about the remaining value on your Card, even if you do not use the ATM for a cash withdrawal. This fee is in addition to any fee that may be charged by the owner or operator of the ATM (or any ATM network used to make the inquiry). Any fee charged by the owner or operator of the ATM (or any ATM network used) will be subtracted from the value stored on your Card.

• An ATM decline fee of $1.00 will be charged each time you try to obtain cash from an ATM when there are insufficient funds.

An automated voice response fee of $0.50 will be charged each time you call 1‑877-868-0849 to check your balance using our Automated Voice Response system.

A call center fee of $.60per minute will be charged each time you talk to a customer service representative.

An account research fee of $25.00per hour will be charged if you ask us to research your account or handle special requests relating to your account. Should your request be the result of a billing error or unauthorized transaction, this service is free.

An overdraft fee of $25.00 will be charged for each attempt to use the card for a transaction in excess of the available value stored on the Card.

A card replacement fee of $12.95 will be charged to issue a new Card if your Card is reported lost or stolen.

A termination fee of $25.00 will be charged if you wish to terminate this Agreement and obtain any value stored on your Card.
